Production & Power Monitoring
Datalog Monitors Power parameters like KWh, KVA, Power Factor, Frequency, Voltage and Current for each Ring Frame and motor temperature (Optional) along with production data like Kg, Hanks, TPI, Doff Time, Efficiency. The integrated information helps to optimise productivity, minimise cost and maximise profits.

Hardware & Software Configuration
A Machine Terminal is installed on each machine to monitor Production and Power data (optional). It comes with an in-built microprocessor, a user friendly keyboard and display for ease of operations. Machine Terminals are connected through the Multiplexer to the Central Computer that generates various reports. The software is in Visual Basic with SQL Server or Oracle as backend. Connection from the Machine Terminals to the central computer can be wired or wireless.
Report Structure
The reports can be called on the screen or on the printer. The user can get all the information at their fingertips. By taking the appropriate steps the efficiency of the Shed / Operator can be increased immediately.

DOFF Prediction Display
Shows the machines queuing for DOFF in ascending order in terms of time. This enables the DOFF team to plan the Doff accordingly and ward off delay due to more frames getting ready for doff simultaneously .
Datalog SMS Alerts
Keeps you connected with your mill 24 x 7 around the world. Uses commercially available mobile SIM Card to send summary data and Alert notifications to concerned persons directly to their respective mobile phones.
SMS can be sent to various mobile numbers of customer's choice .
The management can choose the specific information, summary or exceptions to be informed directly to the staff, so that the staff concerned gets the critical information instantly and start acting on it right away.

The Score Board displays the performance efficiency of the shed and helps to motivate floor level workers. In other words, Score Board can be used as a performance enhancing tool by letting the workers know for sure where they stand in terms of overall performance. Score Board helps workers to assess their own performance and score better in their subsequent operations.
